Hello everyone,
I am getting code P0135 (Bank 1 sensor 1 heater circuit malfunction) on my Mach 1. I have Mac longtubes, off road x pipe, and dumped spintech mufflers. I also have new NTK O2 sensors upstream. I have a bama tune. I have told them about the code, and they increased delay for bank 1 sensor 1, but I am still getting the code. I have gotten under the car and checked for obvious wiring issues. The 2 wires for the heater circuit are continuous according to my multimeter, meaning there are no loose or broken wires. Any ideas on what to do? The code seems to appear after I start the car and drive it, but not after it is warmed up to operating temp. Do I need a Dyno tune?

Thanks.

First, I would only ever use motorcraft oxygen sensors on these cars. If changing those and resetting the kam by disconnecting the battery doesn't do it then the delay isn't set correctly. Get a real tune brotha.

I have done a little research and it seems others have had the same problem, but then switched to a motorcraft sensor and it fixed the issue. I think I will order some and see what it does. Thanks for the reply. Also nice Mach, I also have an Oxford White.
