Siri leaves the house in animal prints and six inch stilettos, what does that say? I'm going to church? Shes saying I want you to hang me by my tits from your ceiling and bite my ass. You know what I mean? That's what it says to me anyway.
Life is like sex, baby - the more you put in, the more you get out. End of story.

I was a Samsung guy since I got my first smartphone. Switched to LG about 4 years ago and could not be happier.

I have an iPhone for work and I hate it. If it sits in the sun for 5 minutes it overheats and shuts down. In the winter it gets cold and the battery life is shit.
totally agree. LG is ****ing awesome. I think a Samsung would be great too.

Not true; I have an S5 that I can turn on and use right now.
You guys are definitely in the minority there. Samsung was actually sued late last year when they were caught pushing updates that degraded phone performance after lying about it earlier in the year. They're well known for unstable software longevity. It's been their achilles heel for generations now. New generations look more promising but I wouldn't bank on it until they've been out for a while IMO.

As far as longevity and samsung, Every samsung I have had has lasted the two years, so i have no worries there.
I understand phones with 3.5 jacks use bluetooth also. My point was I don't own headphones that aren't blue tooth, so the jack is a non issue.

I will go into the store and play with the pixel and s10 and make a decision.

I've been on Samsung phones for years now. I would switch, but do use the pen on the Note series a lot. As soon as Google/LG/etc make a phone with a pen I'll probably swap.

Battery life sucks on these phones after a year.

Been out of the country since essentially January.
I will be stateside shortly and am getting a new phone.

Debating between the Pixel 3XL and the S10 plus.

Any one with direct interaction with both phones that can provide a thought on the difference?

Anyone with either phone that has complaints?

I've been a samsung guy for years, owning the 5, note 5, S6, S8 plus, so i am pretty used to the interface and qwerks.

Hey bud, I've been rocking the Pixel 3XL since it being released, I am not an Iphone guy, the plateform is just too restricted for me, An android is not.
That being said, I also purchased a Samsung Note 9 (512gb, 8GBs of RAM) Because before Pixels were even a phone thats what i liked. This phone here has exceeded my expections as well, But only lacks in 1 dept and that was the camera software, Although i fixed that after uploaded the Google Camera and at that point was supreme....
But in the end i went back to the Pixel ...
So ill be posting my Note 9 up for sale, Message me on that if your interested in it.

I've been an Android user for decades. Since the early age of "smart phones". I say get the Google phone but I'd wait til the 4 comes out in the fall. I have a Pixel 2 and so do my other 5 family members that are on my plan. The phones have been damn near flawless. It's the best phone I've ever had. We are all very happy with them. Stock, no fluff Android is a great experience.

It really is. I don't think people realize just how much better phones are without carrier bloatware and manufacturer skins all over the place.

Exactly why I love the Pixels. Android phones from carriers need to have a custom ROM flashed.
