could you add the LSD without ordering the Z51 ? That would be best case. With the engine in the rear it might not need it.

Im not sure, ive recently discovered that even the entire Mclaren line up are all on open diffs. So not sure I care about even a Z51 anymore. Id rather buy a base model and just swap tires and brakes

I am thinking the same thing. With a wide sticky tire and mid engine it should hook pretty well. Plus the 51 package is gonna be about $5000-7000. Few more grand and that's supercharger money !

The LSD is worth the price of admission. Chevy's Performance Traction Management (PTM) is magic.

ZL1. I'm not sure about the ZR1, but doubt it gets it since the LT5 is basically a LT4 with a bigger blower and supplementary port injection.

Wow. That's weird that they would put it in the C7 Corvette, but not the 6th generation Camaro? I thought they shared the same engine? Maybe I'm thinking of something esle.
That's good though. I wouldn't want that DOD or AFM crap on my muscle car anyways. lol

Your thinking Z06 aqnd ZL-1 got the same LT-4 650 HP mill but not the same trannys as the Corvette only had 7 sp manual and 8 sp auto and the Camaro had 6 sp man and 6 speed auto at first until GM put the 10 speed in them in the last 2 years 2018-19

I think you guys are confusing me. LOL

The C7 Z06 and the 6th generation ZL1 share the same engine, correct? So, wouldn't they both have the ACTIVE FUEL MANAGEMENT, AFM for short? Maybe they don't, but I would think that they do?
