I ask now as maybe our definitions of very very close are not so close..? And still seeing an at least 3 second gap between the GT and 500 without including the slicks is going to translate to the 500 not being faster anywhere whether thats Le sarthe or a parking lot auto x...You're asking me now, after you commented? What was your assumption?
As to your other comment regarding "theory"...who said it was at VIR?
Ok well you guys can continue your fantasy fap fest... The fact that the GT500 will be within 3-4 seconds of the GT ON STOCK TIRES is reaaaally amazing as it is, just please for the love of all things reasonable dont expect that CFTP to be running alongside the fastest cars out there. Cuz it wontDo not debate with these clowns TOB, they will never own this car or no intention to.

Much butt hurt is on the horizon, from some of the guys closer to the car I talk to on instagram they confirm the same thing. Soon enough we will all knowI think you will be surprised.
The horses mouth just said its a low 2:40's car at VIR where the GT on stock tires has gone 2:38. Where and what am I going to be suprised about? That Billy J made a faster lap than a customer on worn out slicks? NahI think you will be surprised.
if you said anything worth liking, instead of having the mental capacity of an 10th grader, id like what you say too. Im sorry, did you say you had a 900hp dyno chart AND a 9 sec slip to go with it? you said you did, but i havent seen it yet
I mean, there is real racing, and then there is bench racing.. you already said you dont like bench racing, so how do you claim to be "experienced" yet it takes you 900hp to put an automatic car in the 10s.. why hasnt it gone 9s yet?
you can either know what your doing, or you can have a 10 sec 900hp auto car.. but not both. Id be embarrassed, but thats just me
....Put the GT500 and the (405lb lighter) Zl1 1LE on a road course and the Camaro will eat it for lunch.
Haha you funny guy you are! CFTP vs 1LE is at most 280lb difference, and 11.7 1/4 mile 0-60 3.6sec is not going to beat the new GT500, hell looking at just 1/4 the 13/14 beats it. Nice try troll
I grabbed the 2018 specs, my bad why I corrected itYou big silly sally. Stock ZL1s have been 11.22s @ 130mph in the 1/4
13/14s do NOT beat it in the 1/4.
1LE weight is 3820lbs, what’s the weight on the CFTP?
Yes that quote is wildly incorrect. It will be comparable to the c7 z06. Granted, when the Z06 isnt in limp mode. This damn 500 is like politics, either people think its waaaay too fast or waaaay too slow.....
Right, 15-18 C7 Zs had that overheating issues? 19 it was corrected?Yes that quote is wildly incorrect. It will be comparable to the c7 z06. Granted, when the Z06 isnt in limp mode
Not sure if they corrected it in the vette but I would think not as its a design flaw with that shitty blower, I just know they are a constant issue. The Camaro 1LE has been holding really well with heat though. Theres a good reason the grand sport is the vette to have if you are tracking.Right, 15-18 C7 Zs had that overheating issues? 19 it was corrected?
Why does the '19 1LE say this for it's weight?
3820 / 1732 (ZL1 1LE – est.)
Added features such as tech etc?
Ive seen them on the scale at 3750lbs. Chevy's weight is with a full tankWhy does the '19 1LE say this for it's weight?

Why such a low 1/4 mile run?Ive seen them on the scale at 3750lbs. Chevy's weight is with a full tank
6 speed+ aero. The GT500 will destroy it on the 1/4. The A8 was tested at 11.4@127 via chevyWhy such a low 1/4 mile run?
