The trickery in dyno outputs is well documented. There's a thousand permutations of ways that they can fluff numbers. Where's the temp sensor for the dyno? Where's the fan or air source? Is the hood open or closed. Have they artificially messed with the tire slippage. Did they pump the tires up to 40 psi and then fudge the slippage or did they deflate them to 25 psi and crank the car to the ground?

I guess what I'm saying is that 494 to the wheels would be WILDLY outside the stated dyno tolerances for the motor from Ford. Something's not right.

There's a '19 on the other site that laid down 450ish. Either Ford has the worst QC in the history of manufacturing, or chassis dyno's are terrible predictors of engine output.

Is 500HP on E85 and K&N filter possible on the 19 GT350's?

This is a bit of a loaded question. Yes it's possible. Will the motor last or would it come from a "responsible" tuner? no. You're not going to make 500 rwhp with just a swap to corn (on any sort of tune that isn't wildly risky). And the filter is a gimmick/sales trick. The stock filter is more than adequate to handle N/A power levels.

425 is pretty pitiful for what people are paying for them

Not necessarily on a Mustang dyno. Mustang dyno's have always been known as the heartbreaker and it's artificially loaded, so under poor conditions, with the tires at low pressure and the dyno temp sensor in the wrong spot, etc, it's possible to see very low power numbers, on ANY car.

Do you really want to bring the c8 into this? It beats the gt350 in virtually every aspect.

That remains to be seen. They've had problems with the chassis flex and popping glass on the sup'd up versions and who knows what sort of bugs it'll have when trying to track the car (hard) for any extended amount of time.

on paper, with the Z51 package, I'd agree that it APPEARS the car will out accelerate, brake and stop a 350. But as we've seen with PP2 mustangs and 2016 tech packs that go into limp mode, there's track cars, and there's one lap heroes. So let's wait to see it actually live up to the hype before we start giving Obama Nobel Peace prizes.

Was this achieved with aftermarket wheels and drag radials?

most importantly, where these OTD numbers?

The lack of power isn’t only showed on the dyno, it’s showed as its trap speed as well. 117 trap speed for their halo car is pretty pathetic.

Please link to proof that is not from years ago on test mules.

Popping glass on cars released to the public?? lol, ok

Hahahahaha.... That is wildy funny. What is the difference in "how it appears" vs. how it "actually" performs? Dont we have subjective info?
