While the ad is gay as aids, at least they aren’t telling all men we are pieces of shit. So that’s a plus i guess?

With that being said, I don’t drink pop so no care here.

The message is much different than Gillette. It doesn't vilify a group of people like the Gillette ad did. The overall theme is actually a good one: you feel pride when someone you love has the confidence to be themselves. The context of the ad leaves a lot to be desired. Remember, less than 4% of Americans are homosexual. That is a really small target market for this ad. Weird they would create something like this...

Call me old fashioned but i prefer to not have to explain to my young kids WTF the just saw on a popular drink TV ad.

Gross.

Normalizing the behavior is only going to make it all worse .....
