For sale- 2004 Mustang Mach 1 engine with 37k miles. This is not one of those 150k+ miles engines you see on eBay. I was going to do a 4.6 dohc swap in my Mustang GT but the car was hit and totaled before I was able to do the swap. The upper intake lid had a tab that holds the Mach 1 shaker broken off, I bought an 01 Cobra upper intake lid that will be included with the engine along with the engine stand. Perfect for your Mustang or other project car. $4000

I need some more explanation on this. This is not a 100% mach 1 motor. With 37k miles why are the valve covers different?

It has Lincoln valve covers on it because the engine was pulled from a wrecked 04 Mach 1 and one of the valve covers was damaged in the accident along with a tab that was broken off on the intake upper lid.

Has the engine been verified to be running with no issues other than what you said has been replaced?

I was told that it was ran by the salvage yard I bought it from. I still have the information from the salvage yard to verify.

So personally you can not verify. Just want to make that clear for potential buyers.
