Going to sell a few meh stocks. ~5k worth.

Should I just load up on more Apple?
Or get more Amazon stock?

Those feel like safe bets.

Sort of let my stocks sit this year but want to get more involved.

Nothing announced or hinted yet but it wouldn’t surprise me seeing how the Tesla and Apple split went. I might pick up a few shares just in case.

Bloody couple of days in the market. Kinda figured today would be rough heading into the long weekend. Great day to buy if you got dry powder.

FRO and FDUS are both "cheaP stock & both have good dividends percentages coming up with Wednesday being the EX day.

FRO is at 27.15%
FDUS is at 11.64%

My amazon has done better since purchasing the 2 companies during Covid...so not really a fair assessment. I am a little concerned it’s rise has to do with Covid, but neither of them are going anywhere.

Sold off my DFS and DIN. Switched over to AAPL, WMT, and WTI while they’re low. Gonna be holding very long term.

keeping an eye on NIO and SNOW (just went public today).

Saudi and Russia have so much supply waiting to be unleased it is hard to see offshore drilling being a good bet.

EDIT: Just looked on seeking alpha, looks like they are going banco, don't do it.

I know it it is high risk, but my train of though on it is, I have plenty of money invested in safe stocks, they grabbed a 10 well deal in the gulf of mexico on August 6th at which time the stock pretty much bottomed out. Having a deal in that area, coming out of hurricane season and with oil demand going to sharply rise once planes start flying again, and just overall human desire to not have your company fold, could lead to a bump in the stock price for short term gains. I bought 4000 shares at about $0.26/share. It's up about 50% in the last week. I'm definitely not asking about it as far as a long term thing like apple or Google.

I saw that as well. It looks like I'd be up about $180 when the market closes today. I'll probably sell it off and put that elsewhere. Sometimes playing with fire can pay off just a little

LOL 28 cents a share. Downgraded, with negative outlook. Good luck with than man. You might as well piss into the wind. Buy large cap stocks. That's all I can say.
