Call me crazy but I really like the interior of my truck. I have not sat in one, but what makes the Ram interior a Bentley compared to the Raptors?

shhhh. Don’t type that too loudly... Kaz will be on you like white on rice. Apparently, the only opinion valid in here is that of the guy who has more experience at the mall parking lot than actual off road use (self admitted). Lol

Yes, Dodge interior is on another level, but Raptor still has a great interior, numb nuts.

What takes it to another level? It can’t just be the big ass screen. When I watch the video review of the TRX there are things I thought were nice, others dumb as ****. Like the shift paddles.

this is a subjective measure, but to me, the Dodges interior feels opulent, more modern and less cookie cutter, almost exotic. The center screen, the way the dash flows, the gauges, etc.

I get what you’re saying. I like my interior. Well except for the fact it is dirty.

You should bring your Taco out to RallyReady this Saturday and we can have the debate in person.

Faggits that don’t even own a Raptor or even thinking of buying TRX fondling all the ballz lolz

why are you Raptor guys so insecure about your choice o_O

I appreciate you posting pics but remember I actually have one....i am well aware of what the interior looks like

good for you. I think the whole forum knows it by now

I guess car guys can’t have an opinion on other cars... lol.

dafuq out of here!

insecurity about your 70k V6 powered truck is a bitch

Funny part is the ones talking shit about the raptor not having a V8 and how bad it sounds etc etc etc how they love the TRX because it has 700hp V8 etc etc etc aren't buying it anyway. A lot of ppl loving this TRX in the thread but how many said they reserved one? Lol

You got a point? I would rather spend my money on guns than overpriced “offroad trucks”. You do realize that his Tacoma has a minivan motor

I like the Raptor interior too, I like the Dodge’s better.

My interior is trashed atm.

Appreciate the invite to whatever that is, but a little short notice, bromigo. But maybe we can get together another time. I go off-roading every now and again...

That’s Hidden Falls right? That’s a big no go with the Raptor. RallyReady is a track out around Lockhart.

yes. Why is it a no no? My buddy had no issues with his raptor (look behind the taco in the photo I posted), other than some minor scrapes, on his?

You would be the first to recommend Hidden Falls for a Raptor. Everything else I’ve heard is it is more of a technical rock crawling place. Not going to lie, that does not excite me. I get bored and inpatient going slow and end up gassing it harder than I should and crunch shit.

Articulation, by its very definition is vertical suspension travel, i.e. how far it moves up or down. I know you understand the concepts, but you can’t have your cake and eat it too without a clean sheet design and even then you may not be able to do everything you want while making crash standards, low and high speed cornering, etc.

Who wants a 100k vehicle that beats them to hell? Every time your point gets countered you move the goal posts and bring up something new.

Lower the motor or shoehorn something bigger you have to widen the frame. Widen the frame or increase suspension travel and you increase track width. Increase track width and you increase turning radius. Increase the turning radius and low speed maneuverability suffers. That’s just for beginners in this cascading shit show.
Wrong.

For example, a solid front axle vehicle will articulate a LOT more than a LT IFS will but the IFS will have a lot more suspension travel.

You are out of your element

I still could end up with one, but I sure as hell won’t reserve it. I’m no svtp baller so I’ll wait for the hype to die down and if I see discounts like you do with every other hellcat powered offering from dodge and Jeep, then I’ll buy. Or I could be a poor and just keep my current ram lol

I’m not “recommending“... simply stating that fun can still be had in a raptor, minus a few scrapes and bruises. It’s an off road park. The last think you’d be is “bored” where I’d take you... You would be surprised what the truck can do.

my opinion as I cross shopped my ram with the F150 platinum and even the raptor.

the material on the dash, the seats, the door trim panels, and yes the huge 1/ inch display as well as incorporated physical buttons and switches all felt and appeared nicer.

that said the F150 platform was knowingly towards the end of its run and due for an update. I just needed something sooner than that.
