So this is what happened to my daughter-in-law this morning on her way down to Galveston with my 3 year old granddaughter. This makes me not only question people’s mental state for freaking out over stupid shit, but also the men that are bystanders witnessing this kind of shit...

Excuse the punctuation...or lack of.

I know this would have never happened if my son or myself, or even my wife was there, but IF it did, I would have handled it, up to and including beating his ass in the middle of the store. Call the cops, roll the tape, see ya later.

Thing is though...it wouldn’t matter if it was a family member or a stranger, I would do the same. Maybe I’m wrong but I’m sure you would appreciate it if I defended your wife, daughter, girlfriend, or mom. I know I would.

Would have been a much better story if she could say “then this guy came over there, grabbed this douche by the hair, and literally drug his ass out of the store...”

Oh, and for you less fortunate...Buccee’s is a gas station the size of Walmart with 100 gas pumps (literally) and just as many urinals.

Poor kid. Hopefully momma took the kid out for an ice cream or something after that. Definitely not a rational person. Probably under the influence as well. Best to get away and not engage those types when you have kids around. One day they’ll pick on the wrong person with nothing to lose...

Speaking of, is it just me or are people are losing their shit a lot more lately? Anyone notice a lot more road rage too? I know I sure see a lot more of it driving to and from work.

Makes me wanna move up to Alaska and live off the land. Away from all this BS...

Something similar happened to my wife at a Staples here. She was making copies and had our kids with her when some random old guy comes up and tells her she is wearing her mask wrong and the kids should be wearing one. I was at work on standby to go over there but she handled it and went to the manager and hey they escorted the guy out. Apparently the guy has been doing that a lot at the store. I called and asked them to put a trespass charge on the guy. I am glad nobody got hurt but damn these people have really gone off the deep end recently.

Same thing happened to me last Friday at Walgreens with my 4 year old son.

As I walked in two men with Gators (140% transmission according to the CDC) walked out, two employees had masks dangling below their chins, and another behind the counter had a dirty ass mask below his nose. I was carrying my son with my right arm and as I looked around for PPE friendlies another customer aggressively stormed up way too close;

"WHERE'S YOUR MASK!?!?!?!"

I jumped out of my skin, my son was scared shitless and I thought this guy was going to clock me with his outstretched hand.

Without hesitation I boomed "**** YOU!!!!" pivoted to my left and circled him as I swung by son to my left arm away from him to clear my right hand. As I spun away from him I continued to yell "those ****ing employees don't have masks, his mask is around his chin, yours is....." and as he turned to look I flicked my shirt up on my right hip and gripped my 1911. When he turned back toward me he got white and hustled out.

The photo counter rep completed my transaction with a mask dangling below his nose like I had the plague while another employee without a mask stood right next to him.

As I walked out Billy Badass was in his Jeep on the phone. I rushed my son into his child seat expecting him to get out. He followed me out of the parking lot and I was fortunate to barely get through a light that forced him to stop. At that point a police suv pulled right up on me followed me on to the freeway then backed off.

People have lost their damn minds over this shit.

At least he had the nuts to say that shit to a man. I think that’s what pissed me off so much is that the guy that jumped on her knew he was picking the weaker sex. Had it been a woman, she wouldn’t have felt nearly as threatened and wouldn’t have been as afraid.

Maybe your guy learned his lesson...I doubt it though. Would have been epic if he froze and pissed hisself, even better if your son saw it and laughed.

This world is seriously spinning out of control. This shit is going to be 100 times worse in the next few weeks.

Stay calm, snap a picture of the guy and his vehicle with license plate, then call police.... Obviously the guy is seriously mentally ill. Best to stay calm and not engage with people like that, who knows what hed do. And if someone got physical with him first, they'd probably arrest them in today's sick society..

I noticed more aggressive driving start a few months ago. I think all the stress of things going on is effecting people more than they think.

On the other hand, I feel like people are even nicer and more polite at grocery stores or gas stations.

Maybe it’s the anonymity of being in a car.

Could just be that people are strapped for time more with all the school crap. I suspect there’s a lot more people in a hurry to get here or there and back home.
