So really looking forward to them, did NOT reserve one though. I want to sit in one and see how the interior is before I really commit. Even then I will wait a year or so after initial release to pull the trigger.
I'll be coming out of my awesomely reliable 2012 4Runner so I know I will miss that quality. I also wish it had a 5.0 option, but Ford says it wont even fit...not that I would engine swap a new vehicle anyway lol. I know the 2.7 can make great power and the warthog with the 3.5 may be even better....but I'm not a fan of EcoBoost reliability. Oh well I was bored and work and figured I would post something lol.

Sounds like you don't want one that bad, lol. They are definitely the biggest threat to Jeep sales in recent times. I look forward to test driving one once they're at the dealerships.

Yeah I'm in no RUSH for one lol. But having had two older Bronco's I most def want one! The wife knows im chompin at the bit as the 4Runner has been in my hands longer than any other vehicle I've had in the last 25 years lol. I had a 2012 Wrangler that I traded in for the 4Runner. I knew the Chrysler quality wouldnt be great but I just couldnt take it anymore and got rid of it. I know of several Jeep people who have one on reserve.

I had a 12 Rubicon and loved it. Had the roof and doors off all the time, no rattles or leakes.....My 2019 Tacoma TRD OR was another story. Check engine light(that toyota would not look at until I paid $192), weather stripping that kept pounding the top of the roof, the worst xm reception that I ever had in a vehicle. The best part of the vehicle was its resale.

What specific mud tires and wheels did you mount on it, ON D BIT? I'm currently looking for suggestions, with regards to my 12 Rubicon as well. Any feedback would be appreciated.
With my 12 Rubi it was the oem 32 inch bfg mud terrains.
I personally like Firestone Mud terrains. That with the Method Race Wheels is where I’d go.

Yeah those Taco's were a problem for Toyota, lots of people had issues with those 3.5's after some steep inclines while wheeling - they would just lose oil pressure and shyt the bed. If the new Bronco does pan out, I'll wait a year to order one to see how they do, and Toyota hasnt ruined the next gen 4Runner...then i'll be looking into lifting a newer GX460. Basically a 4Runner with a v8 and more luxury lol. With the price of the V8 Wrangler being 70k bucks...that still wont make me consider one of those.

A friend of mine just went to a Bronco rally in Tennessee and was able to ride in a new Bronco. He said that it was amazing. Loved every aspect of it and was blown away by the way it handled the trail. He is not easily impressed so I can't wait to get to drive one.

negative ghost rider... 3.5s are solid engines.... beat the shit out of mine harder than just about every vehicle I’ve owned and doesn’t skip a beat...

If you think Toyota’s 3.5L v6s are bad, good luck with eco-bust... lol

I'm glad yours has been rock solid but I have seen numerous people talk about the oiling issue...it is what it is. I also know the issues with EcoBoost...some are worse than others. I never said the 3.5's were bad...but they have had issues with them. Yes, being in the auto repair/maint industry I see more issues than most people. Myself I'm not a fan of the 3.5...but feel a little gutless. Even compared tot he 4.0 which is just old as **** lol. I'm hoping Toyotas twin turbo v6 is worthy.

I'm not going to order or reserve one till I get at least a test drive in one. There are already a few nit-picky things I don't like.....
No real rear A/C vents
Looks like only way to get power seats is to get a very top tier model / trim
Few little body items
But Idk...we will see after I drive one.
