GM isn’t making the Camaro and some Cadillac’s for the same reason

My bro in laws F-150 has a blend date of 4-20-21 at KC, hasn't reached built yet, but says "15 days to the dealer" in Colorado lol. I know it takes ~20 hours to build and by convoy it's a <600mi drive.
(I "Helped" him build it. I wanted one too (in blue) but only way would be getting rid of my mustang and getting a big payment. Hell no to both thus "new to me" old Z4)

Geez hope the truck I ordered shows up before my lease is up....and my salesman didn't think I needed to order it early. Even though I did.

My 2018 will only have around 10k miles once my lease is up...

The wife and I were talking a week or so ago and she asked if it would be a good time to upgrade our truck as I've been talking about wanting a 1 ton recently. So I started looking around and there isn't anything around here. If they have a 350 it's a base model or chassis truck. Guess I'll keep my 250 a little longer.

What about Super Duty? All my work trucks are over 200k miles. It would be nice to get a new vehicle back in the fleet.

It's definitely not doing anything right now, nor will it. They won't even be back to work by the ETA.
He's happy for the delay as they just bought a new house near Colorado Springs and want to sell their current one in Castle Rock before taking delivery.
I've never seen someone want their vehicle delayed but I can understand when you are talking $850+950k in houses (1.8mil total now), and need to sell one, even though the market is nuts out there and it will sell for well over asking.

So glad the truck is built in KC too, with a blend date of 4-20... you can't drive with windows down in many parts of Denver that day without smelling pot.

Are you looking for a 250 or 350? I've found a couple base 350 work trucks. There are a few more 250's around me, but I wanted the 1 ton.

Well, I'm not sure yet. Almost positive I want a Lariat crew cab PS. Still haven't decided between a short bed or long bed and dually.
