I have made custom gauge clusters (I must brag it is quite beautiful . I will post some pictures) and I am working on the wiring of the gauges now. I am sure I may have more questions but I will start with what I have stubbles on so far.
My stock speedometer is not working. I want to get the stock one working before I wire up the new one. I thought it was not working because I had something miss wired with my T56 Magnum install, but I checked the wiring diagram and it looks like the wiring is correct. Any thoughts on the Speedo?

Where do you recommend installing the pressure transducer for the boost gage? Looks like it’s an NPT thread

I know it’s somewhat sacrilege to replace the SVT gauges, but it’s something I wanted to design and build, so I did.

Still slightly in progress, missing one gauge, missing the trim for the HVAC controls, and my custom shifter is not in the pictures either, but you get the picture

You want the transducer somewhere in the bottom of the blower. Depending on the blower there might be an extra port you can tap into. Or you'll have to connect it to whatever is there already.

I have have the OEM Eaton, is there a port there I should be looking for?

On the back of the blower towards the passenger side there are three nipples. Two towards the top of the inlet and then one under them. You want to tap into the bottom one. That one sees vacuum and boost. The other two only see vacuum.

I am pulling the Eaton off this weekend to install the VMP intercooler and VMP flow mod, and while I have it apart I would like to drill and tap for my IAT gauge. I know where the OEM gauge sensor is currently, but does anyone have a location they would recommend to drill and tap for an additional sensor? Maybe it will be obvious once I pull the Eaton, but I figured I would ask and see if you guys have any input.

BTW still no luck on the Speedo and boost gauge, but I do have more items to troubleshoot yet.

The oss/vss/whatever signal goes to the processor and feeds from there to the speedo (tach gets a separate signal I think) through the data signals to the cluster. I think the data signal also goes to the cruise control.

The vss signal goes to the processor and comes out as a dedicated iso signal to the datalink connector.
The airbag module may get that iso signal and not the data signal..I don't remember.

I had a loose connector to the airbag module under the radio and that fixed my speedo. The module is next to the datalink connector.
My car was bucking.

I am building it for HPDE and Time Trial Road Course events, and possibly some AutoX events. Yeah, I hope to connect the sensor wires to some sort of device to work with my Aim Solo 2, but have not got to that step yet. They give me something to glance at in the long straightaways!!

Thanks for the complements. I will take some photos when I have the interior in and cleaned up. I am in the middle of welding in jacking rails now (would have finished over the weekend, but I ran out of shielding gas), so once the welding is done I can put the carpet in!

Ok, I am still investigating the Speedo. I calibrated it and now it goes to 200mph stays there a while, then bounces back to 0, then goes back to 200, but it mostly stays at 200. It does all this regardless of if I am moving or sitting still. Speedhut gave me a few things to try, so I have to get through their list first, then call them if it still doesn’t work.

May not be what you want, but SpeedHut has a GPS speedometer. I have one in my Cobra kit car. Does everything a reg speedo does and more.
0-60 and others I cannot remember, also gives the direction of travel.
