So they blew it up on purpose right there in the street? Jesus. Is it to dangerous to transport them anywhere else? It is unreal they thought that was a good idea.

5,000lbs of home-made fireworks? I think a more accurate description would be: 5,000 pounds of homemade explosives. No way was that “just” fireworks-grade material.

And even if it was? Detonating 5,000lbs of it in a residential area was just dumber than Hell! The real explosives-disposal guy must be on vacation.

I had way too much food and beer yesterday. I haven’t had a formed poop all day, and now I can’t produce anything going on 7 hours. My hole is sore, pretty sure the turd blockade is going to tear me hole to scroat, and my kids are being poorly behaved.

Double dose of milk of magnesia. You'll pass a cinder block inside of twenty minutes.

Today I learned that if you have legacy Directv receivers (I do), they purposely turn off some channels so you'll call and complain. Then they get you to buy the upgraded digital service which they will be going to 100% in the next year or two.

Cut my finger pretty bad last week. Should have gotten stitches but didn’t want to be at work any longer than what I needed to be.

Well after getting tons of crap from my sister for buying a roadster to replace my totaled Escape saying I'd eventually want a 4x4 I've finally showed her that I'll be fine with the Z4.

That's 4"x4" in my Z4, just might get cold this winter.

Solid cedar, for my new mailbox.
Got it from Home Depot, $16... man I'd hate to need to build more!

Also buzzed by Doc, hard to miss the music of those 4 Wright duplex cyclones.

I've heard of skin glue but have never used it. As long as you protected that wound from infection you should be good to go.

The "weapons-grade" Dragon's Breath chili pepper is so hot it's downright deadly. If you ate one, it could potentially cause a type of anaphylactic shock, burning your airways and closing them up.

"I've tried it on the tip of my tongue and it just burned and burned," said Mike Smith, the hobby grower who invented the Dragon's Breath along with scientists from Nottingham University. So why make such an impractical pepper? As it turns out, the chili was initially developed to be used in medical treatment as an anesthetic that can numb the skin.

It's always better to ba apart of a group. If everyone pitches in, the show lasts longer. How much did you observe the pricing going up form off season to now.

Good question....
I -or- I should say "we" have no idea...

He's says: "Hey, they're cheap "right now" there [Missouri]".... So with beer in one hand & cash in another, we all "threw" money at him...

Will find out tomorrow what kind of goodies he bought for us.

I'm told its mostly "mortars" with individual tubes... several big mortar "boxes" for the big finale... roman candles, and sparklers for the tikes.
