What would you use to bond carbon fiber to titanium? Will not be subject to extreme heat (200F+) or extreme cold (<32F).

Carbon fiber/titanium application?

Repairing my splitter.

There will be a 6"x6" sheet of titanium on the top of 1/2" of carbon fiber, and one 6"x6" sheet of titanium on the bottom. There will be two bolts that enter from the bottom and are capped through a bracket on the top. Goal is to give more surface area to the pressure to keep the bolts from coming back through the carbon fiber.

Why not take the titanium sheet and then get new carbon fiber mat before it's been impregnated with resin and wrap the titanium then impregnate and vacuum bag it? Could be a fun project.

We could, but that takes more time, and this will definitely be a consumable piece.

I would think some form of 3M epoxy/glue for auto applications and maybe some rivets to clamp them together?

Option B, Call AJ Hartman Aero and ask him. Makes all kinds of custom CF bits and could offer some help I bet.
