Well the dealer came to pick up the Raptor to re-program something and gave me a Bigbend Sasquatch as a loaner. To say I was surprised is an understatement, I was expecting another Escape. Threw in the kiddo's car seat (had to load it through the hatch, wouldn't fit through the door lol) and took my neighbor for a run around the block. Aside from the 2 doors being a little small for the rear passengers and the center console safe making the lighter port inaccessible I cant find anything to complain about yet. I wouldn't say the 2.7EB rips when you stomp the giggle pedal but it definitely gets up and goes. After seeing the Bronco Sport in person I lost all interest in this model before today, looks 1000% better in person and am officially a fan now. If anyone has any questions or wants some pics now is the time to ask, I have it for probably only one day.

Engine looks like a mechanics nightmare but hey it's a new vehicle so what isn't. Parked next to a Sport the other day and couldn't believe how small it looked next to a 150. I understand that's the spot they're trying to hit but to see it in real life was interesting. That looks much nicer. 2 door looks a little sawed off but I have high hopes for these.

Have you driven a Wrangler? Does this feel better put together? Looks nice IMHO.

Had a rental 4dr wrangler (lower trim, unsure which) with the 2.0 turbo and 8spd, and this rides much better. Could just be tire related but the wrangler felt much choppier than my 40 minutes of drive time in the Bronco. Seems to have fewer buzzes and rattles than the wrangler as well but its only a few hundred miles old.

Ford is killing us with the loaner program on these. Have to keep it as a loaner for 6 months before retailing.

Yeah kind of what I was thinking. A lot of Wrangler guys at work and any time I'm in one can't but think it feels kind of cheesy. Don't get me wrong very capable vehicles just don't feel solid in them in my opinion. Pair that with the only off road around here is beach driving on pretty packed sand might as well have a truck. But Jeeps are cool on the highway I guess to some.

Does look badass is black!

And here I thought I was special lol. Are they making you give any unsold one out as a loaner or something crazy like that???

That actually looks pretty cool.
I was on the fence, but those photos make it seem nicer than I expected. Is the 2.7 the only choice with that model, or can you get the 3.5 as well?

How many do you have as loaners

I'll have two in a couple of weeks when they arrive.

No. Additional allocation specifically for loaner vehicles. Basically spec'd to Ford's liking.

Looking good!!!
Get that top off!!!

Just tried, cant get the front 2 panels off. With the roof rails attached there isnt enough clearance to wiggle the panels out. Not even gonna try since the rails have the cargo rack attached to it. Looks like that whole thing (rails and rack) has to come off before you can get any of the roof panels off. Oh well.

I wasnt even on the fence, wrote the Bronco completely off once I saw the sport. Pictures dont do it justice, they look so much better in person. Also I believe the 2.7EB is the big motor for these.
