Here's a few of the cool things I came across last week at MoParty in Bowling Green.

I'll start with this, to keep the Mustang fanbase happy :)
TT 426 Hemi swapped. Awesome build, gorgeous car.

Next up, Drag Paks:

And this one was my absolute favorite of the event. Compound Boosted, Hemi swapped, TR6060'd AWD Cherokee. He drove the car to KY from Michigan. Beat the crap out of it on the autocross for 3 days straight. Made multiple passes down the drag strip. Then drove it home. Super cool guy as well.

When he popped the hood on that thing there was a collective gasp, and then silence for a minute or 2 as we took it all in.

The turbo setup on that Cherokee looks like it belongs on a Cummins.
I heard several people question whether it was a diesel once they saw the hood pop. Clearly they hadn't heard it running all weekend, lol.

I was at the LS Fest the weekend before but couldn't stay for the MoParty. That would have been cool to see.

It was a great event but the rain spoiled some of the fun.
Still an awesome turnout with all forms of Mopar vehicles represented.

That Mustang is awesome.

If that's the Cherokee I'm thinking of, I think I've been following his build on theturboforums. He's done a lot with it, both building and taking it to events.

That Mustang is hideous.

IDK if it's the side pipes, the fugly front bumper or what. Just.. no.

Trust me, im a guy who LOVES mixing and matching. The Mopar mill in the "classic" Mustang is an idea im perfectly fine with.

I just think it could have been executed better. Different stylistic taste.. thats all.

Im sure its fast as hell!
He said he was shaking it down at about 1200 rwhp before turning it up. Should run good.
There was another Mustang on premises, a local (from here in CFL) S197 with a TT demon swap. It runs well.
