OK guys, what are you using? I've tried the Lucas stuff with no success. The vehicle, 04 Escape 3L that has a small oil leak. I'm sure it's a main seal, and no way in hell am I pulling it apart to fix it.

Ironically, I just a got a bottle of this AT-205...
I'm gonna use 1/2 bottle in my Explorer-Sport, 4.0L V6, for the time being.
I still have a slight oil-leak in the rear, thinking the same... rear main-seal.

So I can see what it does initially.

Then the other half of the bottle at a later point in time...

Me either Dom. I ain’t pulling no front wheel drive trans ever again. I did it once for a clutch on an Escort. Complete PITA.

Find a mobile mechanic looking to make a few bucks and have him do it.

Out of curiosity, what oil do you use?
Would Mobil1 Synthetic High Mileage (w/seal conditioner) be worth a try?

If the seal is shrunk additive may work, if it's torn/separated probably sol.
