Yes, I do. Blessed, I am.
She let's me buy shit and be me: 16 mustang gt, 03 cobra, 12 gt500, 13 gt500, kb for new gt500, 40 cres of land, builb cabin on land, buy 100 more acres of more land, sell land, buy cottage and different land at same time while buying new house, selling gt500 to buy r1200r to then sell and buy grand Cherokee SRT, to trade for F150 platinum, to sell for another, then buy ram limited, buy a 259D3, sell Dodge for f250, ... and more recent stuff. Goodness. More... all new.

oh, raise two kids... 25 SAT types that think engineering is fun... while she's maintaining a career.

And... many other useless(?) toys I can't share , think 2nd.

I support her. She supports me, to no end. Try me.

Live is grand. I hope others are so lucky to understand. Many will not understand, I hope some day they will.

Yes, I'm feeling good thread. Thinking of retiring soon.

Did I mention she let's me take motorcycle trips without argument?
Can she balance a beer mug on her head and change the TV channels for you?! j/k

Sounds like she is a great wife. I've also bought a lot of stuff without resistance from my wife. I put about 16K into the Terminator back in 2012 and she never even asked how much it was. We used to split all costs 50/50 but the past few years I started paying all the insurance, property taxes etc. However she also contributes with groceries and odds and ends.

" She let's me buy shit "...............................

Exactly, Not only has that never happened (she could care less what I spend), she drives the second show car to the shows if I want to take two. She likes the 79 Bronco the best.

I won't brag too much.......but many svtp members already know how awesome my wife is!

All the cars we bought in the last 8-9 months, including our shop.

Did I mention she bought me my 2021 f150?

All seriousness aside. All these things are material stuff. Nothing is more important than good health.

If I want to buy something, I do it. I don't ask the wife for permission. Perks of maintaining separate bank accounts.
Totally agree. I'm in the process of getting married and she gets pissed every time I tell her no to the joint bank account thing. I work like a borrowed mule for my money. Maybe if I didn't make twice what she makes I would listen to it. My money is my money and I'll blow it on whatever the **** I want.

A lot of people think that separate accounts can't work, but we've been together 14 years, married 11. It works just fine. She buys what she wants, I buy what I want. I pay the mortgage and most of the bills since I make 3x what she does.

No joint credit cards or bank accounts, no joint car loans, she's not even on our home loan.
