They popped that dude with a dozen shots or so and he was still moving.
We don't know how many of the fired rounds hit the intended target. Guaranteed many of them missed the mark, although being as big as he was helped.

That thug had to have had a death wish. No way he'd emerge from the side, armed, with multiple cops confronting him, and make it out alive.

Truth be told… unless you hit the CNS (brain/spinal chord), its gonna take several shots to take down someone pumped full of adrenaline, specially a big dude.

I wouldnt stop shooting till I saw a seize to all movement.

I had an instructor tell me once, “the human body is easy to kill, but it’s difficult to kill quickly”.

Some of us can attest to seeing people still going after suffering traumatic injuries.
