You have got to take that to the track! Love that truck, makes me want to build one.
Thanks! Would love to take to track on a cool day. Makes really good power at 115-120 deg ambient now that temps are closer to 70 . .
I need to do a few things to try to help the traction issue. No sudden WOT under 60 mph
What a fantastic build, that truck is amazing!
Thanks! Nice driving truck

I saw a few pages back you mentioned old Mercury trucks, my really good friend has one that he's wanting to sell. It will need a lot of work and restoration but it has a lot of the really hard to find parts, let me know if you're interested and I can put you in contact with him.

What year is it? I had a chance on a 1966 M100 Ranger the only one known to exist but it is way up in Canada and was told would need the jab to get across border. It is really rough but I have exact color AZ rust free for sheet metal.

Old age and it's issues may keep me from doing any more trucks and may have to sell a few of current projects.

while I appreciate the looks I typically have little to no interest in owning a classic truck but I would drive the shit out of this one

No jab requirement to go to Canada.

His is a 1950 M47 Merc Pickup, originally from Canada where his family lived and has been in Ft. Worth TX for a long time, not sure on exact years but sitting in his garage for at least the last 10-15.

Love that model truck but think my Full Restoration days are over as still have a yard full of trucks that need done. Wish I could sell 1/2 of them. Be nice to have a nice driver so like most things overall condition and $$ are the key.

Current plan is to finish a couple trucks and sell by May next year as I got a allocation and made order on a '23 RaptorR and need to raise all the funds from zero. Hoping the R order does not show up prior to raising $$.

I retire Mid July next year so prepping for that.
Continued health issues have really slowed me down.
