So is this correct?
Watching football with my dad and he’s wanting a ‘23 F150 and I was pushing for Tremor but he’s looking at the Rattler due to the tri-coat red (chili pepper I think he said?).
Unfortunately now you can’t build them online.
I did do a search @SID297 and @13COBRA both talked about it but are these Rattler packages not happening or actually sold out?
He’s never once bought a new car and now with the frustration of the used market, I think he’ll buy a new truck.

I haven't heard anything.

New car question: Can that auto start-stop function be disabled or is one stuck with it? Seems like it would be somewhat annoying at times.

Lots of stories on UTV side by side pricing collapsing. The malaise is spreading, the Fed is happy. Lots of sales on everything and inventory in stores looks strong. That is interesting given continuing Chinese lockdowns.

Did not know that. Will a dealership do it? My parents bought a new Toyota SUV and don't like that function.

Eh probably a stereo / electronics shop would be better suited.

In my experience most dealers are good at putting on the parts they take off, and that’s about it. Obviously there are exceptions, but not the norm.

Consumers see lower likelihood of applying for auto loans, mortgages for year ahead: New York Fed survey

CACC +0.31%Nov. 21, 2022 11:00 AM ET4 Comments

U.S. consumers said they're less likely to apply for an auto loan, mortgage, or mortgage refinancing within the next 12 months, but are more likely to apply for a credit card or seek a higher credit limit on their existing cards, according to the New York Fed's Survey of Consumer Expectations Credit Access Survey. That comes against a backdrop of rising interest rates, as the Federal Reserve boosts its key rate to lower demand in order to rein in inflation.

Take a look at this video on the current generation Ranger & see if there's a module on the negative (-) terminal and disconnect it like on the Ranger.

Go to 6:21 to see what I'm referring to.

I will have to look at my friends new generation Venza and see if there's a trick to disable the auto start/stop on a Toyota...

I have it disconnected on my Ranger & after two years, no issues at all.
On the Focus RS, it's on the dash screen as an option & a simple "unchecking" the box did the trick.
On the Equinox, I have to go in "manual-shifter" mode to disable it every time I drive.

UTV’s crashing? How much are we talking? Last summer there were selling MSRP+ if you could even find one. Are they 5% below MSRP? Looking to purchase one for my lake place.

You don’t want to disconnect that. That sensor is for the battery monitoring system.

We own about 10 acres of primetime empty land right next to our facility. I get calls EVERY WEEK from someone (usually big box retailers -- dollar tree, DD's, etc) asking to rent the space for trailer parking.

Dollar Tree has THOUSANDS of containers coming in from Asia with brand new product with literally nowhere to go. They are begging people for space.

Shelves are full, no one is buying.

I mean $2500 of the excess is in taxes?

Out of state so i shouldn't be paying taxes there, or at least thats the way they did it on the last 1 i bought from them.

I guarantee they're collecting the sales tax, and sending it to your state.

I was just looking and local dealers have $5-6k off MSRP on some models. Also advertising "no ADM, no dealer fees".
