I love watching you defend Shitty cops. It’s the most entertaining thing I get to see on SVTP.

You are a dumb bastard…. Lol. Anything entertains you.

Well, if ur that stupid ur deserve to go to jail!
It says he "turned himself in" also. Does that me he fled the scene at first? Wouldn't he have been on scene when EMS etc arrived.
It said "Warrant" bro...... They have to actually draw one up before ur arrested. U cant just say "I did it arrest me take me to jail".

That doesnt indicate he left the scene at all...... It means the complete opposite actually by turning himself him so they dont have to look for him.

Ive said it many times before, and ill say it again...

They arent hiring the best and brightest as LEOs these days.
They cant even get anyone to apply nevermind finding the best and brightest.

The city I worked for just gave a test for 130 openings....... 212 applied. 75 were eligible...... In 1994 when I took the Police test there were 4600 ppl that came out.

So yea, Police Departments are forced to hire morons these days. It use to be a highly competitive position. Now, as long as u PASS each stage as any monkey could u get hired! Smfh

There’s another one
A FL. deputy was showing his teenage son how to clean an AR15 after pulling the magazine Deputy set AR on top of a TV tray AR falls off’ the tray, fires and hits daughter in abdominal area.
She’s survives and is in the Hospital
He was buzzed ( he admitted having a few beers)
Now I’ve never dropped a loaded /chambered AR but I’m guess his booger picker was on the trigger.
Is it possible to fire a AR by dropping it?

The problems with LE hiring low skilled workers is a few fold. Not every local pays well and the possibility of injury or death is not offset by the compensation and smart people are aware. The shift in overall opinion is also harmful. The days of being an unregulated cowboy might be ending.

My guess is the hiring pool leaves much to be desired. Not many applicants to choose from. Same with teaching. I've heard the military can't find many worthy recruits either.

WTF is wrong with people these days. First basic gun rules that are taught are treat every gun as if it is loaded and never point it at someone.

This.

I even taught my sons this rule, including trigger discipline on their Nerf guns before I let them finally graduate to my guns at the range.

"Don't ever point your gun whether you think it's loaded or not at something you don't want to destroy."

Going to have a fun and fine time in General. IE* He is toast and probably going to be dead in 2 years, as ex law enforcement does not have a long shelf life in prison.

Also this.

Do they not teach this at FL cop schools? I mean, they taught this basic shit at CO school, and none of us carried in the prison except for the designated tower watch (that I did often).

Lol. Dude. If someone told me to find the highest concentration of the stupidest people, I’d go to any Army base. I regularly encounter people that appear to be using 99% or their brain power to run their heart and lungs.

And there’s a reason they have firearms but no ammunition.
