So I have a kenne bell supercharger kit ordered. I'm wondering if I should take my nitrous system off the car and sell it or keep it. I was thinking I could keep it on the car and use it for meth or co2 to help with iat's. It's a complete kit. Window switch, wot switch, bottle warmer and nitrous pressure gauge. I have almost $2000 cad into it. What's your opinions?

Unless you’re going to run both as BOOGIE MAN suggests, I’d sell the nitrous kit and put it towards other mods or just offset the cost of the KB.
Haha I guess he likes to boogie. Yes I am considering both that's why I'm asking for opinions. I have about $1800 canadian into it. What would be a reasonable selling price in your opinion?

I don't think any of it could be used for meth

I bought the NOS Terminator system for my 03 Cobra back in the day, but like you installed a twin screw on that car and thus didn't need the nitrous. I don't recall what I sold it for, but it was NIB. Regardless, the fact you're in Canada may make things harder since shipping to the USA may be expensive? I'd probably start at 70% of the new price, and give it some time before dropping to maybe 60%? I assume you should sell it before needing to go 50%. Shipping and duties should be up to the buyer.

^ Sounds good! If you don't need the money, you might as well keep it and leave your options open. I thought about doing the same with my 03 Cobra... AED used to work on that car, and they did a direct port nitrous setup on a twin screw car that I liked... Keep us posted!

Will do. That car must've been an absolute beast. How much nitrous was it running?

This was back around 2010 and I don't remember how big a shot they ran in that car. I recall it had a Whipple and that they had some challenge getting all cylinders to mix properly. I talked to them about doing a similar setup on my car but they didn't seem to excited about the idea! I assume other shops have done more with these combinations since?

You would think that being direct port, they would be able to dial the mixture in fairly easily. But I would also think that something like that would be uncharted territory for a lot of shops.

I remember they had to modify the OEM lower intake that houses the intercooler to accept the fogger setup. Shaun is a wizard so if it was difficult for him I’m sure it was a legit challenge.
