Getting oil spots removed from concrete is not easy. I tried. I ended up 3 years ago going with a poly-aspartic floor that looks very similar to Brady's (@Bdubbs) above. It was a expense I'm happy I paid for what I got. Impervious to stains, great looking, and tough. You just have to be sure you don't have any moisture leaching through, which I didn't. I highly recommend you look into it, or poly-urea. I believe Brad has a poly-aspartic garage floor. It looks awesome.

Like Bob said, me too. This stuff is awesome. I was sick of having to re-stain it all the time, and it was slippery.

I am retired and on no income. lol. I called it garage, but actually it’s my 30x30 metal shop. I did put a sealer on it a few years ago.
I doubt that I will be coating the floor anytime soon. I have kept the oil cleaned up and floor looks good. So far the poultice method of Kitty litter soaked in solvent or brake cleaner etc works ok for the small spots I miss. I wondered of any other methods.

I can't help you out, other than saying I like your notch! Is it factory wild strawberry or electric red?
