I think he meant this one. It's a tossup for me. I like them both. Original R's (not replicas or the R50's) or the 10th anny wheels.

I have seen the 10th Anniv. wheels on black and teal and they look awesome. However I haven't seen them on Vibrant Red. Does anybody have any pics of the 10th anniv. wheels on red?

Thanks for the comments. One of these days when I make it back to the states I will own a cobra of some kind.

Arizona DPS put the push bars on their cars. Mine has all the working lights and siren, so its a lot of fun here in Italy at the shows and cruises.

Is there any interest among the Fox Bodied Mustangs for a Deep Dish version of the 10th Anniversary wheel?

The reason I ask is I sent a photo shopped picture to OE Concepts and asked if a deep dish wheel would be possible...

They replied that it's a great idea and this would be looked at to see how feasable a wheel like this is.
Of course I'm sure what they really want to know, is how many they can sell?

So among Fox Owners, if you're interested, please add your comments here.

Thanks,

10th anniversary wheels are kicka$$ on a FOX body. I was gonna do that on my notch but 600 for replicas + shipping + tires= a NO for me when a friend of mine had a set of nice 97 Cobra wheels with tires for 300 bucks. I have plenty of used 17 inch tires here at work, but I wouldn't put them on a new set of 10th anniversary wheels.

I know it isn't a cobra but it's just as rare. My SSP.

That thing is SWEET!!! What size tires are you running for the fronts? I have the same wheels that actually came off of a 10th Anni. Cobra with the original Goodyears and they tend to rub if I hit even minor bumps in the road.

I'll have some on my fox sometime this year.

:dw: :nonono: :lol1:

Epic fail on my part.

Funny thing is I bought that set with brand new tires for $800. They sat around for 6 months, and then I bought my 93 cobra, so I sold them for $800 to help my savings account. I always said my 89 would have those wheels one day. Back in September I see an ad for "03 cobra wheels with tires $300" I click the ad expecting the 5 spoke wheels with no tread tires. I find this...

Needless to say, those have been sitting in my garage since Sept. I have a bet running with a friend that I have to drive my car to his birthday party in late July. Time to get wrenching!
