Im in savannah, along with doomsday, tornatic, and a few other guys.
I'm in Tuscaloosa, AL Trying to convince my wife we need to be in Savannah :banana:

I am currently in Iraq. But I am stationed at Ft. Stewart in Hinesville. I am about 45 minutes south of Savannah.
We should all get up and meet someday. I would love to hang in Savannah, better than ****ing Hinesville. I will be home in August.

I live in Ellabell and work in Richmondhill. Lived here about two and a half years. The area is OK. Not thrilled about it. The dragstrip problem def sucks. The closest one for me is savannah river and I do not like it. I go to carolina most of the time. And Ive been to dorchester. I like both of them but there 2 hrs away.

I hear ya on that. Last one I went to was Rincon, and well, that was a while ago. lol. I would love to hit the drag strip when I get back. I will post up when it gets closer to me coming home.
Yeah Im down for whatever, I just went to the strip in carolina 2 weeks ago. I was actually going to go tonight but didnt feel like it. We could always do a cruise out to the becah or something one weekend. Or go downtown. Nothing like a train of mustangs going down congress street during the summer when there seems to be like a billion people out. RYAN be careful and thanks for your service. Cant wait to see that car when you get back.

ive heard of that club in hinesville (RPM). sure would be an awsome ride to all get together and go to carolina dragway especially with some of the nice days we have had lately!
hey 98ATL i was in the boro the other day. You go to southern? Ill be back there shortly. id love to see ur car. Maybe go for a ride. ive only ridden in one 03.
They just did that. I went there to. I had my chevelle. My lightning is down right now. met a few of them. Preaty nice people. They are talking about going again soon.
I used to be a part of RPM. Good bunch of guys, but a lot have come and gone and due to the deployment, there is no one around, lol. I am down for whatever fella's. A cruise, drag strip, whatever. I need an excuse to grenade my stock GT rear end.

Alright cool man sounds good to me. I looked for any terminators when I rode through the boro last week, but didnt see any. Ive since had my car tuned thank god, lol.
In Rincon. Been here for 12 years, work at Gulfstream. We need to have a GTG for this area
We never had a track in Rincon. Used to be an 1/8 mile in Savannah, but closed down a couple years ago. We try to make a monthly trip up to Jackson. I think we are planning to go back up there Apr 5, should be first Sat in April
No track in Rincon??? When I went I remember getting off at the exit that said Rincon. I am confused. Is or was there one real close by that could have been considered that?

Only one drag strip I know of...off Hwy 17 but got closed down two years ago. Area has grown up around it and govt considered it a nuisance. There is a race track- Roebling Road Course in the Rincon area. It is quite a track but you have to be SCCA to get access. The car magazines, state police, etc use that course for testing..
I must admit, except for the occasional Lightning, I have seen very few 03-04 Cobras and I have yet to see a Shelby..Always looking for fellow SVTs around here.

There are like four 03 cobras in savannah. I always see them when Im riding around not in my car. But there are plenty of performance cars around. we usually meet up on saturday nights.
