Bout right for a under 10k mile car. It would take at least that for me to consider selling mine. And an R would be in the 70k range.

That price for the R is crazy. I saw some 5+ years ago selling for 32,000 to 37,000. Guess its all about timing. Looks as if you have a nice collection. Everything goes up if miles are kept down.

One recently ended on ebay with 914 miles. It was bid up to $24,200.00 but did not reach the reserve. So it looks like in the current market people are willing to pay about $24K for a 900 mile car. $25K for a 9000 mile car may be high.

YOu are right the economy is bad right now but that 900 mile car brought 30k a month or so back and the guy was wanting 35k for it. He no sold it then relisted it with a 30k buy it now then it only bid up to 28k then he relisted it again and it did about 25k. So people could also think something is wrong with it or he wouldn't be relisting it and getting cheaper each time. Also the car is only for a true collector that is going to keep the car as it is and not drive it, so that knocks alot of people out who are looking to drive one a bit.

economy is crap and most who have these cars will ride it out the other side or sell their worth regardless and they should. I respect a low mileage car

When it comes the to 93 R, 5 years ago was a LOT cheaper than they are now. 5 years ago my Boss Cougar was worth $15k. Now it's worth over $30k. A lot can change in 5 years. Although, with the economy on a downslope like it is, we're well on our way back there.
