I timed it and it took exactly 54 minutes start to finish using H&R Block online filing :pepper:

It is really nice that:
-since I used H&R Block last year most fields are already filled in
-my data is stored on the H&R Block server and not my dodgy home pc

I would not know as before I started doing it with H&R Block I did it on paper forms and mailed them in the old school way. Never used TT.

I'm getting back $1400 plus the $600 stimulus rebate... I did mine on Turbotax it ended up costing me $25 to file my state taxes.

Hey good point, I did not mention the cost. Mine cost $69.95 for federal and state with e-filing.

Surrounded by libetards.
How is that a good thing?

And did mine in an hour as I had to wait on hold for 30 mins for the IRS waiting for my PIN from last year.

Are you nuts? I'm getting everything back I paid in less about $400. You tell me how that's NOT a good thing?:poke:
Yea getting $8,000 wired to my checking account really blows.

what is this stimulus you speak of? i didn't think we were getting one this year?

Because I didn't recieve one last year (was claimed as a dependant) I am eligible to recieve one this year... TurboTax referred to it as a rebate check.

so i'd rather have the 8 grand over the entire year than lose it for 11 months.

Well IMHO the endless arguments about which preparer is better or whether it is better to get a big vs small refund are ****ing played out. But hey, you guys do what you have to do... :bored:
