I had an MGW on my car (or still have, I just cant drive my car right now i'm in Iraq)

The feel compared to stock is great. I personally have zero problems shifting / finding neutral, doing any of that jazz. The shifts are much more distinct, if that takes a little more effort, screw it. I can rip it has hard as i need to it's nice and solid. You're still going to miss 3rd gear every once in a while, but it's much easier to hit now with the MGW. I think my problem with missing 3rd is just the fact I dont have a quadrant adjuster to shorten up my clutch disengagement when I powershift. (I NEVER miss 3rd when normally driving).

As far as the neutral thing goes, there is no problem for me finding neutral. There is a distinct feel when the shifter goes into gear, and when it's in gear it doesnt move. If you're in neutral or anywhere close to it the shifter has play.

If you suck at driving a stick, you're going to suck at driving a stick no matter what shifter you have. If you're having to use 2 hands to get the shifter into reverse i think you might need to man up a little bit (or woman up a little bit). You dont shift this thing like a Civic, because this tranny is much to notchy and stiff.
