some pics of a storm coming in at hotel while at mustang week. few of my car and some from the shoe. figured some of u might enjoy something diff. from mustang week. was an absolute blast driving the car there and back. had a great time with gettwisted, z28this, cobra4, sid197, rich5150. was really great meeting a lot of u. planning for next year already!!

Edit: On that blue, red, and white Cobra, is the cobra emblem recessed into the body? I know he's a member on here but I didn't notice that when he posted pics of his car.

i cant remember his name but he also molded rear wing into trunk and moved gas tank lid cover to behind rear quater glass. my favorite car there! yes the emblems were recessed

We made it home ok but not without incident. Got into Ohio and started raining pretty good. The Cobra stalled out from the air filter getting soaked. Pulled off and tried to dry it out some and noticed the right front getting low. Limped it to a gas station and aired it up, sat 10 minutes and lost 10 lbs. Changed it with the temp tire, got the CCW in the trunk and moved some stuff around. He got home and found that the rim had a crack in it on the backside right by where the bead sits. Poor car just don't like to be left alone. It did come home with two awards so that's pretty cool. WTG cuz. :rockon:

hell yes man! that is awesome. that really sucks about his wheel. car is cursed!!!!! LOL. what awards did it end up with. i gotta get mine in the show next year. no bullshit we did between 100-120 with a/c almost the entire way home. awesome trip followed an old guy in a navigator a long way home man he was rollin out.

I've known Jeff for a couple years now. He bought my old 89 nitrous notch from me. Definitely a good guy.

Nice...love cannonball runs. :burnout: We didn't haul it to hard because of being loaded down with a weeks worth of crap, his car bottoms out a lot. Plus we don't run to hard with the girls in the car. He brought home an Award of Excellence and also Best Paint.
