Stock fuel filter pictures

To make a long story short; I've had terrible fuel system problems that took months to resolve. I paid to have my fuel filter changed in the fall of 2008 and I am nearly certain it was not replaced thus causing a cascade of fuel problems. Does anyone have stock fuel filter pictures and any suggestions for proving what an OEM fuel filter looks like?

Nope, I think the original one that came from Ford did not have any writing on it, but any replaced ones from motorcraft will say motorcraft.

Some other aftermarket ones (autozone, pep-boys) may not have anything written on them, thus it will be hard to prove.

Was the stock filter supplied by Motorcraft?
