The motor is good to 450 rwhp with a manual. Automatic will be a little less since it robs some power, call it 425 rwhp. When I did my eaton swap I kept it around 400 rwhp with a stock upper and 2 LB lower.

All my oil pan bolts were tight. I did however have one slightly loose bolt at the back of the passenger valve cover. I let it run for 15 minutes and I'll check again in a day or so.

I needed a 3.65 too and am having the same problem. They're in business still but don't make the 3.4 or 3.65 anymore. My solution is to go with just an OEM stock pulley unfortunately.
