It was high protein and believe it or not, high carb, but good carbs like fruits. Not a lot in the way of processed foods. Most of what she was building was in her glutes and legs...so as she cuts, we are starting to see the results. Sent from my SM-S908U using Tapatalk

She is back in prep...this is week 1 of her cut. Show is in May. She added about 8lbs of muscle while building.
