This was her in full competition mode last time...her goal this time was to make her glutes pop even more. We will see how much she improved as she keeps cutting down!

It was high protein and believe it or not, high carb, but good carbs like fruits. Not a lot in the way of processed foods. Most of what she was building was in her glutes and legs...so as she cuts, we are starting to see the results.

Haha she is definitely not a high calorie human. She is starting her next training phase soon for the next competition next spring and hopes to earn her pro card, but this was her in last year's competition...
