Another option is a Boss 302 short block. Just installed one in my car. The pistons are the weak link in the S550 short block. The Boss has forged pistons.
I have 95# DWs in my car. Drives like stock. A couple of well know tuners will not tune a car with DW injectors - PBD and AED. I wonder why. Makes no sense as DW posts the tuning info on their website. VMP has no issues tuning them.
