94-95 had them- cut out for rad cap 96 has them- no cut out for rad cap- has extra piece next to overflow bottle. 97-98 no flaps, no piece next to over flow

The "cut out" they are talking about is on the transmisson cross member, not on the car itself. If you look at the cross member it wraps around the subframe and is bolted on. Not a big deal only takes a minute with the cut off wheel. It is only on the 1998 cobra.

Sounds like you have the basic sound system. The one in the picture is the Mach460. They have 2 plugs because they are bi-amped. 1 plug for the tweeter 1 for woofer. You can use them but will need to splice the plugs together or run amps. You may also need the panels. I dont know if the...
