I just finished up putting double wall 4" tips on my Bassani tailpipes . Local fab shop had the stainless rod needed to make the hangers for $10 .

SEM product called Blendz is what your after to melt the new to old clearcoat . You have to use 2K clear in an aerosol though not the single stage . Personally I would respray the whole tailgate . You will spend more time trying to "fix" that one spot then you would the whole thing .

TR diesel sells a tool on amazon that uses air to find the leaks through the IPR instead of the ICP . It closes the system so you find it immediately without using a scanner or jumper wire to close the IPR . It's $130 and worth every penny .

Cooling system flush , oil change and a long overdue JLT ram air . Once it stops raining Sunday I will take it out for a spin .

Recharged the AC , topped off the tank and put some miles on .

Oil , filter and detail the interior . Looking forward to pollen season ending so I can do a little paint correction .

Replaced the 8 year old alternator , fixed a broken fuel tank vent line . It was nice to drive it and not have a battery or check engine light !

Finally put in a new fuel sending unit . No more hitting the trip at fill ups .

We have several stations here that sell it , same as you it's only 87 . I mostly see the lawn services using it .

Put some more break in miles on the new clutch . It is surprising how fast its smoothing out . The last one took the full 500 miles before the chatter stopped .

Easy Off oven cleaner will remove the anodizing . Just don't get it on anything else .

Pulled the transmission out as my clutch started slipping after 5 years of abuse (about 25,000 miles ). I am definitely getting to old for jackstand style clutch swaps lol.

That looks like the stuff I used on mine years ago . Back then Lowe's carried it on 10' rolls , just enough to do a front door . Weather King was the brand .

A-INVERT-05 from speedhut should work and follow the thread on here on how to replace it . I doubt they will have any idea what your doing with it .
