Crazy question, but can it be pullied to ONLY make 10psi? It's a hell of a lot of blower for my stock engine, but if it would work as is, then later if I wanted to build and engine, I'd be set! Or am I missing something?

Was this used for N/A or forced induction? What's the stall rpm? How many miles?
