    2013-2014 availability and values

I wonder how the Mach E would perform in a 275-300 mile interstate race :) LOL !

    “13”-“14 Shelby Original Owners?

I bought my '13 vert in late 2013 from a dealership in Kansas City with 3K miles. Except for a FFR Cobra (11yrs) this is the 2nd car I've owned for more than 3-4 years. People are still paying sticker or above for the C8. I believe the C8 Z06 will be north of $150K + folks will be paying...

    Jaguar XKR-S vs 09 GT500

Must agree at 550HP stock he had work done to stay with you. These days I assume if anything from a Jag to a Cadillac CTS or even a small import rolls up to a Shelby on an open highway he is not there to see a show... but to be the show. If I'm in for the playing I always try to stage closest...

Shoot....I love my '13 Vert. The FBO journey over the past 8 yrs was a bit costly but the smiles are long and wide. I love the sound with top down & my favorite mod is ...no doubt.. 410's. I have 2 cars and always lean towards the Shelby on a sunny day. But I'd definitely sell it for $54K...

    Dreaded tire question :)

I had MT DR's on for 4 yrs because I wasn't putting many miles on this weekend driver. The tread was still on the border line ....but...once off the car on the inner sidewalls the tread was separating from the core of the tire. I now swap out my MT SS tires after two season no matter what...

    2007-2009 Oxygen Sensors with Longtubes

I chased O2 sensor & extended harness issues for a few months on my'13 with headers. The instant cure ( 3yrs ago) was Ford F150 Raptor O2 Sensors which come complete with longer, thicker Ford harness.

    What is this noise?

Exhaust leak at the heads should be easy to check....or eliminate as suspect.

    3.73 vs. 4.10

Please correct me if I'm wrong on stock tire height....it's been a few years ! When I did the math for my 305x35x20 MT DR at 28.7"OD ....given stock tire height at 27", with the taller MT 4.10's actually converted to 3.86 rear gear ratio. I'd imagine this ratio may increase if tire psi is much...

    2013-2014 availability and values

Six speed, awesome power potential,...most awesome meaty, beefy big & bouncy body style that stands out from other late model cars as well as all other Mustangs...has the convertible option. Value is going up rather than helping a dealership manager pay his kids college tuition with ADM. My...

    2013-2014 availability and values

Agreed ! Could just be coincidence but in past years I'd mostly ( if not only) get compliments by a few folks at car shows or at the gas pumps. Just in this short season I've 2 people walk over to ask " Is that a 2013?" Or..." Is that the 660HP GT500?". They know it's a stick. They know...

    TPMS

On my '08 I used to have a 1/2" piece of electric tape blocking the low psi icon. I only use my car for weekend romps & shows. So now, I simply ignore the TPMS light with 32psi up front and 21 psi in the Sticky Mickeys.

    Help with a tune

I heard SCT took away allowance for some tuners to make changes to our SCT X4 . Hope Not! If you do the TB/Plenum swap at home then drive it to the shop...why bother to do a redline vitals check on the old tune? They'll start with a base tune and you'll drive home happy for about $500. Tuned...

i think traction control killed my motor

Love the 305 Sticky Mickeys which are 1.75" taller than stock. 4.10's come out very close to 390 rear gear. Like Bimini says " Don't fear the gear". I've had 331/410/373 and went right back to FRPP 410's. ...terrific combo!

    Catastrophic engine failure

Wow...scary post. Could it have started from a slow roll OPG hard hit ? I hope you find the cause of failure some day & right deal for a new build.
