Try the 79mm and go from there. My car is not my DD so if it blows up, I have something else to drive. If you are not concerned with that, I would hit the 75mm one and hope for the best!

I just got jlt intake man and wanna be down a pulley might go 79 but what do u feel that is a good 630 hp ? I have 72 injectors also just dont wanna know whats a good plley size with the jlt intake .. justin from vmp says i should do the 79 pulley with jlt intake and ill see about 12psi boost ? Get back at me man
I have no problems except the normal MT-82 whine and notchiness. The whine is getting louder with time and drag racing but its just a casualty of the game. I have about 4000 miles on the blower and all is going great! I highly recommend pulleying down and letting her rip! Its a blast to drive with good rubber. Im also running 305/35-19 MT ET Street drag radials in back all the time.

I am seeing 15# of boost on my Roush gauge but I suspect thats due to the free flowing CAI and exhaust. You would definitely want the heat exchanger for intake temps. The pulley is a must. I would recommend a new driveshaft. I am not running a boost a pump which surprised me that I didnt need it. Good gas from a top tier company is a MUST so I use Shell 93 ONLY. If you bought the Roush blower, I believe you would need the snout where the pulley bolts to be machined down to provide clearance for the smaller pulleys. The VMP kit had this done already so I didnt have to worry about that.

Sorry for not responding sooner but I just saw this. The motor is completely stock. For exhaust, I have the Lethal performance O/R x pipe, heartthrob cat to axle back 3" pipes, GT500 mufflers. I have the VMP TVS2300 which included 72# Injector Dynamics injectors, the AFCO heat exchanger, JLT CAI, ported inlet elbow and 79mm pulley. For suspension, I have LCAs, an UCA, panhard bar and lowering springs. I also have an Axle Exchange aluminum driveshaft and Stiffler's loop. I just picked up a Barton shifter too.
