My starter must be going out. Cause everyonce and awhile the car just cranks and stops then i have to turn the key several times and then it catches or if i hold the ignition forward then it will trun over. Its a hassel getting the starter off?

They are selling me this 2002 Black Lightning and the problem it need a new wiring harness and computer? Any help where I can find these?

I was installing a new H pipe that I bought. I took of all bolts except the most difficult one. We tried heating up so it could give but it broke. SO what the way to remove the screw?
