the problem is i dont have time to do work myself anymore, the problem that i had with my 03 is that i had to bore all cylinders to new pistons specs, and thats what i think has to be done to your car, i can give you 16k for the car, maybe 16.5k if yo were local, i dont want to beat you down on a price, just understand where im coming from on this repair.

If you pay someone to remove the engine heads and all then yes lobor will be that. I like to do all my work myself, so even a piston set, rings, bearings, and gaskets, plus a machinist to check and install the pistons would only run around 1200 to 1500. Then install the motor yourself. Not hard to pull it and break it down to a block. Why dont you make me an offer then.

I live in New Mexico man. As the compression was tested all 7 other cylinders showed 150 to 160 psi. All good. Just not on 7. I would like to get 18 as is. thats 2000 off of what I was willing to sell for. I would even drop to 17 if I keep my wheels and tires.
