I just left them hooked up in there. I know that some people disconnect them and remove them. You can do either, just turn them off in the tune. They're turned off in my tune. Hope that helps.

What's up man, I am new to this sight I saw your reply about grinding down the knock sensor bosses on a mach1 block for an 03-04 cobra lower intake fitment, this may be a stupid question but what do you do with the knock senors after grinding down the bosses? I have an 04 Mach1 doing an eaton setup any help would be appreciated.
