    Soldiers Getting Screwed

The housing allowance is a flat rate, soldiers would likely profit by storing their stuff while they’re deployed. It’s also worth noting that not every service member gets a housing allowance. If you’re young (first tour) and not married, you’re likely to be in a room in a barracks (no storage...

    Soldiers Getting Screwed

I did it from both. You still collect housing allowance during deployments, so you would use that to pay for your apartment. If you decide to quit the apartment, you use your housing allowance to pay for storage.

    Soldiers Getting Screwed

I deployed more than a handful of times in the early/mid 2000’s and never had a single thing stored at a cost to the government.

    Military Pics....Let's See Them

That’s wild. Yes, I have been there before, but not for a long time (2001).

It was probably a “Harvest Hawk+” variant. They have a jacked up nose on them, but you can put warheads on foreheads with it.

It was a pretty good one I’m sure, though I tended to fully partake in the ball shenanigans. Lol Ended up retiring at 20 as a MSgt.

That is a KC-130J. It’s loaded up with tech to help the crew land “blind” if it needed to, but not something we have to do “for real” all that often. You can land that plane at a 540 fpm decent rate without issue, but it’s not pleasant for the passengers.

    Twin Turbo Boost Control Plumbing

Mine is set up like option 2. No complaints. I don’t think I’d have complaints using option 1 either.

    Compression test results

Numbers seem fine to me. If everything is running fine, no reason to suspect an issue. A leakdown check will tell you a bit more as it will show you the percentage of air escaping the combustion chamber on the compression stroke. A compression test is more of a generality. If your...

    FOR SALE: 33 spline Wavetrac

I’m not sure if the warranty can transfer, but these are about as strong as you’re going to get without a spool. I’ll admit I don’t drive my car much, but I put 800 rwhp through it without any problems.
