How much is a pristine set of these going for these days?

I am having my RXT clutch installed and my installer called and said he couldn't get the clutch adjusted properly. What is he doing wrong? Is my cable stretched. Have any of you ran into this before?

What is the difference between the Lakewood and Mcleod besides the price? Is one better than the other?
