There is over 6K made, less than 7K. but exact numbers are not out yet.

The springs are mostly for the slight drop. The least is more of a "why not" if I can get the parts cheap enough. I also never use the back seats so nothing but dead weight there.

I'd be surprised if any of the original owners are willing to give it up. I assume most keep it or sell it on ebay.

Not sure I follow why you did the head swap. I had cams and stock head in my S/R. The SVT head would have given me more flow, but the stock head didn't prevent running cams. I put out a feeler to Esslinger a few months ago, but never heard back. I may try again.
