Sure youre not thinking of Sevendust? Their lead singer is a black dude.

IIRC singer of POD is a white dude. There was a mexican guitarist (Marcos iirc) that quit (he was responsible for all of POD's good music) and replaced by hell if i know, and POD is nowhere now.
