It was more of a rant rather than an actual question. I just find it very odd the Brits, and whoever, decided to start using that system of weighing things intstead of putting them in terms of pounds. But I guess that works for a reason.

I dont know if someone local has caught this as I was randomly clicking on pages and this is old, but the guy who got that letter is a friend of mine. The plate was on a white eclipse turbo, and the guys first name is actually "Todd". I do know his last name but not sure hed want it posted. I never saw that letter though. Funny.
