NEED ADVICE on 99 GT Turbo value!?

Hello all,
I'm looking at a 99 GT with a turbo setup and quite a few mods and wanted to get a poll on what you think it's worth!? Chassis has over 200k miles. Owner is looking for $10k.

Here's the mods:

Fully built, forged internals MMR racing engine(less than 10k miles)
Stage 3 blower cams
Trickflow twisted valve, trackheat 44cc heads
TKO 600 5 speed transmission
Tri Ax short throw shifter
SPEC stage 3 clutch
Bbk tubular k member
Front coil over springs w/adjustable height option
Return style fuel system twin pumps
80lb injectors
Bbk fuel rails
On3 Single 76mm turbo system w/turbonetics turbo (less than 5k miles)
Fr500 wheels new front tires
Satin black body paint job
2 step box
Fuel,boost, wideband gauges etc.
Stock rear end apparently..

200k miles doesnt really matter when the expensive parts of the drivetrain and suspension have been replaced as long as it's rust free.
Even going 50 cents on the dollar I'd guess around 7500 to 8000 in parts. That would be near my all in price as long as everything is in good shape. And would save you some money to swap those blower cams out.

its worth whatever you are willing to pay. I just spent $6k on just my transmission and clutch. It wouldn't surprise me that he spent twice what he is asking. You couldn't build it that cheap. How does it run? good tune? If the tune is off then that is a great bargaining point. Whats it worth to you?

Owner definitely has way more in it than he is asking.

Who tuned the car? How conservative is the tune?

What kind of shape is the interior in? Any rust? Any accidents?

Yeah the parts definitely add up. It's running an e85 SCT based tune now. I've only ever had fox bodies.

Did the seller tune it himself? or did someone else tune it?

It was dyno tuned by someone. Runs around 550hp 480tq
