Finally installed the BMR rear suspension. LCA with relocation brackets, UCA with mount and diff bushing, Viking shocks, CHE axle brace and NT-05R 315/35-20 drag radials. Traction is much better now. Also put some Amsoil SS ATF in the transmission. Put a Thump racing tensioner on yesterday too. It's like a different car.

Planning out my lightweight battery install. Took a look at my Steeda lightweight rad support sitting in my spare bedroom and planning to install that soon.

Put my solid pinion spacer that I ordered away for now till my ISF US gear shows up hopefully near the end of the month.

Since spring us up, thought maybe I would revive this thread. Had a good night at the local Cruz-in with a buddy. Represented the 13-14 crowd.

Last week, I had new tires put on.
Michelin PSS front stock size and the new PS4S on the back in stock size.
And now it's been raining everyday so I don't know how they feel.

Installed rear lowering springs and am trying to decide if I need to do the front. Won't know until I put my SS Alcoa's back on to see how they fill in the front wheel gap. Measuring from the ground, both front and rear sit exactly even.
Then I put the first coat of Zaino Z2 on the car. Getting ready for spring car shows.
Now waiting for my R888's and widened Alcoa's to arrive.

Yep, I was in the same situation recently when I did L springs. Back dropped nicely and wasn't sure I wanted to hassle with the fronts. I went ahead and did the front and it dropped about 3/8". Very subtle, but looks better. I am running 20x9 with 275/30 and 20x11 with 315/30 Invos front and rear. Zero rub!

Tom,

The stance of your car looks great. I'm still considering if I want to do the front, but I'm a bit hesitant because I'm running a 275/35/20 on the 9" Alcoa wheel, which causes a slight sidewall bulge. I'm concerned because the tire slightly protrudes past the fender, I would potentially have tire-to-fender contact. My 35 front series takes up a bit more wheel well gap, compared to the rear which will be a 30 series tire.

Here is how the car currently sits. Not very good pictures because they were taken with my cell phone, but it's at least a point of reference.

Have these waiting to go on the car. Widened Alcoa super snakes should be here this week.

Dan,

I understand your concern. My front actually sits further out by 1/4-3/8" on one side compared to the other. Guess the K-member is slightly off center or the fenders. Who knows--a car is like a box of legos being put together. The sidewall sticks past but the tread doesn't, which is one thing I like about Invos. The shoulders roll on them compared to the MPSS I had.

That is going to look awesome with those Alcoas.

We are running the same size tires and rims. I don't know the offset of my SS take-offs. What brand tires are you running?

Tom,

I have Nitto NT555- 275/35/40 front and Toyo R888 315/30/20 on the rear. I have the feeling that after I see the car with the Toyos on, I'll probably lower the front as well. I would be ok with an even gap from front to rear, so as long as the car doesn't look saggy in the back.
